M&F Bank - Greensboro, NC

Its nice that theres a Black owned bank here, but they could really use work on their competence & communication. I couldnt even so much as get my addressed changed in their system after trying at least 3 times including doing the whole process in person at the bank, so I missed vital mail (of course no bothering in phone calls or emails). Definitely wont be attempting to go back. Maybe theyre okay for savings & other accounts though based on other reviews but I personally wouldnt bother trying.

Each and everytime I walk into the bank, I am met with big smiles and warm pleasantries. And the fact that everyone there looks like me, is just the icing on the cake.

Ive been with M&F for a couple of years now & never have any issues that they cant solve. As soon as I call them to discuss any issues with mobile banking or anything unfamiliar they jump straight in to help, it have always been that way! I will continue banking with them. Thank you guys for all the help Ive received over the years
