        I walked in to get a checking account and a savings account at 16:30/4:30pm. They couldnt set it up at that time. I was told no one was there to assist me with that. As I turned around to walk out there was a broker sitting at their desk with their light out. I called when I get to my car to ask if I could do this online and they wouldnt even answer the phone. What a shame people dont what to work anymore.

        If you bank at Truist don't use this location...FIND ANOTHER BRANCH...the staff and management here are horrible people

        this is the worst bank ever . Im the only person on the line but have to wait for almost 30 minutes. I will never come back to this place again.
