        For the life of me I cant understand why the atm is broke every week!!!! How are you a major bank and every time I come to get money out the ATM its broke?? I have to drive clear across town to get money out of the ATM!!!?! This is very inconvenient.

        They never have more than one person behind the counter. I typically wait in line at least 20 minutes, but today was the worst yet. I was behind 8 people waiting for 1 person behind the counter. Customers were already agitated and acting out as soon as I arrived. Please hire more tellers.
