      image I went to send a wire at the bank today and had horrible customer service! They had 5 different people say to send my wire through online. I kept saying that I do not fell comfortable sending 80k by myself online and would love some help. Then they made me wait in the lobby for 30 min for the rep to send the wire to let me know the system was down. Horrible experience I do not like this branch and get better service at the other ones.
