I have to go to the bank occasionally and today was one of those days. I was cashing a check and used the drive-through. After 12 minutes, I got the carrier back with a deposit slip. I sent it back and she said, "Yes?" I said, "There's no money." She said, "I deposited it." I said, "I didn't want it deposited". She said, "I didn't know." I responded, "Well, you didn't ASK!"
If I had been greeted. I would have said, I would like to cash a check, please. It took another 5 minutes. I used almost 20 minutes of my lunchbreak to cash a check. Truist, DO BETTER!!! The teller never apologized, said, thank you ... nothing. She was just rude.

People that work here are very rude. I hope they're nicer to their acct holders!

Staff is very rude. I came through the drive thru to make a deposit and upon delivering my card and ID back to me there was no response. I also needed something else but staff was too rude to ask or even tell me thank you or have a good day.
