        Had a last-minute appointment cancellation from another branch about closing my late father's checking account, and showed up here not expecting to be able to be seen, but was pleasantly surprised. Ms. Laurie Joyner was able to help me and get everything sorted really quickly with the estate team - her professionalism, great attitude, and kind/helpful demeanor during a tricky and awkward banking procedure really put me at ease. Thanks to her and the manager Mr. Crandell for all of their help.

        I have to go to bank 7 times to open an account and activate my online banking. I am waiting for 1 month after my last visit on 2nd September. Still they havent fix my online banking. Worst experience I have ever encounter in Greensboro.
