I want to express my gratitude to all the staff at the Woodcroft branch for their efficient work, which not only made the whole process smoother but also saved me waiting time. Fernando, along with the other employees, worked together to provide outstanding service. The teamwork and professionalism displayed truly impressed me. I have a account at wells Fargo bank and normally do a lot online. But I had to find quarter to wash clothes and for the kids to play the arcade game. While I wash. I go up to the woodcraft branch to try and get quarter. Before I could explain what I was doing the teller said there was a shortage and they didn't have any. And wouldn't be able to help me. Not to mention that his manners and lack of respect for the customer. Was horrible and disrespectful. I won't be going to this branch

The manager of this branch is rude to the point that it's simply unprofessional.
If I looked at her in my restaurant the way she glared at me in her bank, I'd be fired, and rightly so.
