        I came into this branch today to sign my signature card and get the hold off my check. Key Perry is a liar and unprofessional. I gave him my license and my check in his hand and he did not return them to my hand which I had out to receive them. He placed them on his desk one at a time and did not want to touch my African American hand. He also said all he had to do was make a phone call to take the hold off of my check that PNC put in place and then turned around and said he wasnt going to do it. Its a check from my 401k and was verified with no problem by a bank that I dont even bank with. This branch is racist and I will never step foot in this bank ever again.

        It was so thoughtful of Vince to take the time to schedule an appointment for me a month in advance. It was so nice to show up bright and early for my verbal and email confirmed appointment, only to find the branch closed that day. Great job maintaining those PNC standards! Keep up the good work!
