      image I am rating a 5 because i got treated very well when i was opening my business account with the branch manager. Until today when i went to deposit my first ever big check i still had a couple of questions on how to use the things i got in order to keep track of my checks. I had that one question because i am a brand new business owner this is new to me and i was treated in a rude manner like i was supposed to be born with this knowledge. Until i handed the check over everything changed it seemed odd to me but everything else went smoothly. I wonder if the bank teller was just having bad day or something but it shouldnt be taken out on customers. Other than that its a 5 star for me.

      image Went in at 330pm to address a business account and was turned away because someone was leaving "early for vacation and the other lady is in training." My partner came an hour and a half away to take care of this and they refused to help.
