        HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! The owner there doesnt know what hes doing and he has ruined everything!!!!!! Dont go there!!!! Hes horrible

        I have been a Cohen customer for many years. I have used their services for laundry, dry cleaning and alterations. Recently I took some shirts (all French cuffs) in for laundry service and as I usually do, requested medium starch. When I put on one of the shirts I noticed the underside of the cuff had a large brown clump of material which was burnt (scorched) starch. This scorched starch actually burned a hole in the shirt which is evident in the picture below. When I showed this to the owner he denied ANY responsibly and said they only use steam and he has no idea how it happened but it wasnt their fault. Needless to say I wont return. Poor service is one thing, being untruthful is another. Services: Clothes pressing, Ironing, Alterations
