Not sure how things would have turn out. Because they couldnt do what I needed. I needed my uniforms heavy starched. But for some reason a lot places in the Area always say they cant do it or the buttons will melt. I just normally take my chances. Been doing it for over 20 years. So I have more uniforms. After going thru everything with the customer service for about 30 mins. I dropped them off, 2 minutes up the road, they call and said they couldnt do it after saying they could. Turn around pick uniforms back up. Price was way too high any way. I was using them because of the turnaround. Took them somewhere else and paid half the price same turnaround. So three stars for not letting me spend all that money.

I took a jacket in to be dry cleaned, before leaving for an out of town wedding. The jacket was promised on Tuesday, but when I went to pick it up they didn't have it. The sent it somewhere else to be cleaned. They asked if I could come back Wednesday, and didn't seemed too concerned it I had to go somewhere else to get it back on time to leave. We won't be using them again!

I had alternations done on my daughters prom dress. Was told they would call me when it was ready on a Wednesday I didnt hear from them so I decided to go by there at 3:00 to check on it and was asked to come back between 6:00-6:30. I came around 6:30 and no one was here. I had to come back the next day and it was done wrong. I asked for a 50% refund and she told me no that it was a lot of work. I DO NOT recommend this place!!!!
