Quality Cleaners

Terrible service. Ruined my items and will not compensate me in the slightest. They even went as far as to insinuate that it was MY fault for them destroying my clothes. Horrible people, horrible business.

RUN FROM THIS "LACK-OF-QUALITY" CLEANERS! If a zero rating were possible, I would give it. Do not go to this cleaners if you value your garments and fabrics! I recently moved to the area and thought I would give my local dry cleaners a try. I wanted to freshen up two comforters, one was brand new and just out of the package. They both came back totally ruined. The filling is totally bunched up and misplaced within one of the comforters and the other one seems burned as it is hard, crusty and bunched up in places. After my first complaints (yes, I gave them a second chance to make it right) about the TERRIBLE look of my comforters, and returning for my "re-do"; I was told that the owner merely offered that I should have signed a waiver before leaving them to be cleaned and steamed. A WAIVER?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!! This owner takes NO responsibility for such a lack of service and such poor workmanship! My comforters are ruined and I will now have to purchase new sets (not cheap, by any means!). While I was there another customer came in and upon seeing her garments, expressed the same disappointment "This doesn't even look like it was cleaned!". Horrible, horrible establishment!
