      image Came in today to check out new phones and phone plans for me my wife and daughter. The sales associate Keem didn't seem to want to deal with me and my wife or any other customers in the store I informed him of what me and my wife was interested in and without any information on the phone or plans he ran my credit and said they would need 399 down pre phone I told him that's not the offers we got online he then told me I was wrong. Me and my wife then left the store I will never be back to this store or use T mobile ever again. Verizon and AT&T may be more expensive but there no price for customer service
