I usually don't leave reviews whether I had a good or bad experience. The girl Who greeted me was very nice She put me on the waiting list. Then I got to the employee who was supposed to help me not very Professional not very polite either I've been getting the run around from everybody on the phone and had already been to another store. People on the phone told me to come back to the store. I've bad days too, so maybe the employee was just having one, but I wasn't having such a nice day myself. You certainly didn't help at all fairness. He did help a little reset to get my pin for me. But he also could have easily helped me with the rest of my problem. And he basically just told me to get out.

Long time T-Mobile business account here. I went in to get a new case for my phone and asked a few simple questions. The employees were just sitting around on their phones (no one in there) and ignored me. I sat down and waited. Two males and one female employee. The older of the two males finally stared at me like he's being bothered and walked over. I asked him, "How do I get another line and how much do I have left to pay off? Also, I need to get a new case."
His response: "Call customer service. Anything else?" I said I need a new case and the glass cleaned around it...I don't know how to put this case on." His response, "Get your own alcohol to clean it. We don't do this." He then gave me an angry stare.
So, I went to Best Buy to get a new case and then came back to T-Mobile. He never got up, never greeted me and just angrily stared at me and said, "...go watch videos how to do this."
I am a business owner and a commercial T-Mobile client. This is unacceptable. Get your house in order or I go to Verizon with my business.
