Well, I am upset with Metro right now. I would not recommend them. The Metro Store and Customer Service by phone act like they are not affiliated with each other.
They contradict each other and infact treat each other as enemies. My account was suspended yesterday after paying my bill in the store 2 days prior. And also after having 5G for a year, now they say it isn't avail in my area. I was switching my main line to a new device and they put it on my 5G. Then said I cancelled my wifi, but they did it. Then said it wasn't avail in my area when it was prepaid for 2 more weeks and 150 G

Went in store Jan 14th to get 3 lines. 2 of the 3 phone worked. The 3rd phone hasn't worked at all. I've came in countless of times trying to get it fixed where I get the run around every time. Paid the bill for Feb 14th. $125 which includes a phone that hasn't worked at all. Now the bill is due again and the phone is still not fixed. Was told the owner Brad would be in store on Sat March 15th. I came at the time I was told he would be there and he never showed up. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement. I've wasted 2 months trying to get this phone working. 2 months of running back and forth. Being told one thing after the other. Now hopefully with leaving this review I may be able to get some help.

They only have to respect the sawing time because they have the time at 8 at night and someone arrives at 7 and it is already sawed, it is very annoying
