I was once a relatively satisfied policy holder with farm bureau Insurance, but now I am an utterly dissatisfied former policyholder I have tried for months to get Morgan Morton to respond to my request for an update on the status of outstanding bodily injury claim. I understand that the injured party has not filed any kind of medical claim, and I simply need a letter or statement to that effect so that we can present it to the court to have a citation dismissed. No one seems to be concerned about getting a resolution to this matter for us, and weeks go by before I hear back from anyone with regards to emails that I have sent. This is a pathetic level of customer service!

Tom Johnson was excellent. He answered my questions and explained what had happened and why and then told what to expect. He helped me to understand the situation and made feel at ease that Farm Bureau had taken care of me.

Mike and his team are hands down the best I've ever had! Over the years I've dealt with plenty of different insurances trying to find the "right" one and always ended up being very disappointed.
