The whole team here, particularly Dana is absolutely AMAZING. She is prompt, responsive, knowledgeable, and super nice.
Navigating through health insurance options is a very daunting task and they just make it easy. As a small business owner, its a pleasure to deal with people who make life easier.

Our company is so grateful we found Brian at UPstream Benefits! We are a company of 15 and wanted to add health insurance for our employees. We had no idea where to start and the few companies we tried for a quote left us with no information. Brian actually held our hand through the process, came in to the office and spoke with our employees about the different options which was very helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this company as it really helped and continues to help us!

Very impersonal. I asked a question and all I received was a screenshot of the benefits guide. I told the rep I didn't receive and email that she claimed was sent to me and she sent a note to me of what was sent not the actually email. Really!! This is what you call customer service? Very tacky and tasteless. I would not use this service nor would I recommend them to anybody. Only concern they have is getting the document submitted on time no concerns of questions that a one may have to the benefits that they are receiving. If this was this case you don't need a middle man. Not impressed at all.
