I canceled my insurance on the same day I got it, because of issue at dmv. I was told they couldn't give me cash because I pay with debit and that it would be reversed to my debit card, I called 2 days later to check on it i was told that they were waiting to see that it cleared. Now to today 5 business days later I called to check on the reverse, they are now telling me that they are just now releasing a check to me, when I was initially told that it would be reversed to my debit. I know what I was told and now the same young lady is telling me she didn't say that. So now after waiting 5 days for a debit card reverse that never happened, I have to wait additional days for a check. Very unprofessional, to tell someone it's gonna be reversed if paid by debit the it would go back to debit, but if I paid cash they could give right back. Don't lie just say you made a mistake!
