        Darielle is a great trainer. I have over 30 years of history with personal trainers, from cross fit to strengthen and conditioning to running but Darielle yoga class has exceeded expectations. I have arthritis in my feet, knees, back and hands. My doctor recommended yoga and I didn't like the idea but it was part of my rehabilitation program. Once I started I saw change, I was able to work on flexibility, core and upper body strength. Soon I was doing things I never considered I could do. I went from not liking yoga, to be ok with it, to like it, to love it, to make it part of my life. Thanks Darielle.
