        Fayetteville could do so much better with public transportation. Hire better and more courteous bus drivers. If you're going to go by the schedule, we rather you be on time than late or early. We are unable to plan our schedule if we go off your personal schedule, not what the city sets. Bus drivers should tidy their bus after each route. They have a few mins to skate while sitting at the transit center to leave on the hour.

        When my son and I went to the bus terminal to seek assistance with catching the bus, I explained to the lady at the desk that I needed a bus pass that my son and I could use to catch the bus. She sold me a bus pass for handicapped people. Although, I didn't know it, I took it to the driver, and he informed me that I was sold the wrong pass. I immediately took the pass inside for an exchange, or to pay the difference. The attendant refused. It wasn't my fault that the wrong pass was sold to me. I think I'll stick with rideshare. They're faster anyways.
