driver disrespectful to other drivers, drives too fast in a walking zone around. no know how to live.

Their semi drivers are the most unprofessional and reckless drivers I have ever experienced. I have been traveling nightly on route 24 from Clinton, NC to Fayetteville, NC and their drivers are constantly driving this route nightly. On February 19, 2024, I was literally pushed onto the shoulder of the road by one of your drivers switching lanes and not paying attention. My quick reaction saved my life as I had to speed up and drive on the shoulder while holding my horn to get around this driver. He didn't even hesitate or slow down. Thank GOD there were no obstacles in the way as I avoided being sideswiped by this reckless driver. I called the company that night and did not receive a call back the next day. I called them again and described the truck with the USPS "contract" number on the truck. She said, do you have a 4-digit truck number? I said, I don't remember seeing a 4-digit number. I assumed they would know who was driving that truck since I gave them the exact time, but she acted like she couldn't find out. She said, she would pass this on to their manager of the trucking department. I asked if someone would call me back? Then, she asked, what do you want them to do? At that moment, I knew this complaint wasn't going anywhere. I said, I would like to know why that driver wasn't paying attention, for him to be written up, and an apology from him. She said, I will have someone call you. I never heard back from them. I found the 4-digit truck number in my pictures and left them a message on Wednesday (21st) and a guy called me back. I gave him the information and he said, safety is a high priority and I will address it.....that was it. I left the YMCA in Clinton about 1-1/2 hours after our call and noticed the same truck number (1122) driving like a maniac and weaving in and out of traffic. The speed limit is 55 and he was averaging 70-75. I am not sure what that man I spoke with earlier meant by "safety is a high priority"; apparently he didn't talk with his drivers. Later that night, I googled their reviews and noticed their reviews didn't match the man's lie about him saying safety is a high priority. I will contact Consumer Affairs and the Business Better Bureau , so USPS knows what type of contractor they hired! KACK is extremely lacking on the safety and customer service! Updated Response to the Owner - 2/24/2024: It's really odd that your driver literally ran me off the road and your only response is....you all have a collision avoidance system; how does that make sense? The collision avoidance system doesn't drive for him. I know exactly what I experienced and everything I stated are facts. I was the one that was driving next to an old semi at my door where I could have opened my window and touched the truck; nevertheless, I was trying to get the heck out of his way. In addition, on Wednesday, I can't swear to the exact speed this driver was going, but I was doing 63 and he passed me easily and weaved in and out of traffic. Then, I never caught up with him at all (couldnt see him), but apparently he was only going 65 MPH.....I find that hard to believe. I would have had to do 70-75 to catch up with him after he passed me and that was only 4-5 minutes later, the math doesn't add up. However, I will continue this with Consumer Affairs. Thanks.
