When my father's dementia progressed to where he could no longer get up or down and lost the ability to ambulate on his own, I knew his caregiver and I could not safely get him in and out of a car for doctor appointments. At first it was difficult to find a transportation company that would just take payment for service and not require paperwork or an assessment. But then I found Bless-A-Rider, and my search was over. Joseph was informative and explained how their services worked along with the ease of payment. The fact I can ride with dad is an additional bonus! We have utilized their transportation service twice so far, and I couldn't be more pleased. Joseph and Charles were professional and caring, early for pickup, and easy to contact when dad and I were done with his appointment. Bless-A-Rider has been a blessing to me and my father!
