The service department is top notch and so friendly and cares about the customers. They always go above and beyond and explain everything in an easy way to understand. I upgraded my Kia over the weekend based on service Ive received and am extremely happy and would recommend University Kia of Durham to anyone. Never have come across a disgruntled employee throughout the facility, everyone is always friendly and helpful.

I had the best experience buying a used car at Kia of Durham. Aaliyah Stevens made the process easy, and enjoyable. I was fed and provided with refreshments during the process- very important for me, and given time to make decisions regarding the purchase and added options. All my questions and concerns were answered effectively and with patience. I will use this dealership if/when I look for another vehicle

If i could leave a five star i would but that jus based on buisiness but let tell yall who the real 5 star employee is there her name Tracy Nickels and she was amazing i mean very helpful and told us what was going step for step also i must thank you for your knowledge and your Honesty you were straight up with us when others werent id definately will and would recommend this dealership just for Mrs.Tracy alone thank you and i hope God keeps blessing you MrsTracy.

The customer service here is ridiculous! Everytime I come for a scheduled appointment I have an issue! Its either no one wants to help or everyone has smart remarks. Today I walked in and no one was with Josh so walked over to his desk! It took him atleast 2 minutes to even acknowledge I was there! He finally asked how could I help, all I needed was to check in for an oil change appt. He proceeded to ask someone else to help who was actually helping another person! As I waited for the other person Josh continued to talk to another employee when he could have simply checked me in! Im starting to feel like its a race thing! This is not even close to good customer service!

We had a fantastic experience at University Kia of Durham. AJ McKoy recommended a spacious car that comfortably accommodated all six of us. The staff were very friendly and provided assistance throughout our visit.
