        Had a wonderful experience today with my second vehicle from Hendrick Kia. Chase Tishler was super friendly, and able to answer every question I had quickly and accurately with regards to my first EV (in addition to helping me get a deal I felt good about!) EDIT: I bought a 2022 K5 here, and there was an issue with finance where a second account was opened, and I received a call from collections saying I was past due when I had made my payments. I figured this was a one-time mistake and human error. Today I received another call from kia finance collections for the second car I purchased here, 2.5 years later. Fool me twice, shame on me I guess. Nice people, good facility, horrible finance department

        I had an absolutely outstanding shopping experience with the Hendrick Kia of Cary Team!!! Although it didn't start at its most ideal state, Jeremy was an expert at making sure he understood my needs. He snd Justin went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for!!! They were simply the best professionals to work with. I will definitely do business with Hendrick again in the future and refer all of my family and friends!!! Thank you!!

        We had a wonderful experience with Ivy, Todd, and Matt. This is the 4th vehicle we have gotten at Kia Cary. The staff here treats you like family and understands what your financial situation is and work hard to make owning a new vehicle fit our budget. Todd explained the features of the new dash board and navigation system and got us connected to the Kia web page where he set up and explained the features offered here which was something we did not have previously. He also told us to call him or stop by if we needed more explanation. We received business cards for all three people and were assured that they were available for us. We also received follow up calls asking if we needed anything and to find out how we were doing with understanding all the features this car has. I highly recommend this dealership/team to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
