I have been coming to Dutch Miller for almost four months now to get assistance with getting a new engine due to a manufacturers issue. Dallas and Scott have been great to work with.
The business is getting renovated and they have had staffing issues, but Dallas and Scott have both done their best to set realistic expectations every step of the way.
Dallas remains calm and professional thru every encounter with me as well as other customers.

My experience was great buying the car but after you leave its like they couldnt care less. I bough not one but two cars from Dutch Miller Kia and when trying to schedule my first service appointment it took 5 calls and 2 weeks and I still dont have an appointment. Will have to book else where. Its a shame they only care about the sale not the follow through. DO NOT SHOP HERE

We had a great sales experience. We were offered a first free service. But when we tried to schedule for service they said their service system was down, they got our details but never called us back. We called them several times, we never got a call back or schedule car service. At the end we had our car serviced at a different dealership.
