CROOKED AS ANYTHING. We had Republic Services residential trash from 2020-2024 and they NEVER came on the right day, and that was even IF they showed up at all. Dozens and dozens of times over the years they simply did not even show up so our trash kept building up and building up over and over. I reported most of them and they did nothing. Not so much as a credit, giving the $100 every 4 months I was posting them! That's like paying for internet month after month and then them turning off your internet every other week for an entire week at a time on purpose for 4 years. We cancelled service with them months ago, and have filed several BBB complaints on them in which they offered $390.93 in compensation, then didn't actually pay me it. To put icing on the cake of rubbish, these guys not only wouldn't retroactively refund any of my money when I moved states and sold my home they also then charged me $44.72 out of nowhere TWO MONTHS AFTER I had left their services, my home, and all outstanding utility agreements on the house. It has not belonged to us since beginning of February. It is now April 3, and they are still charging me. Folks, I've never met a more corrupt, crooked, thieving company. Do not use them, they are beyond terrible. I will make it my personal goal to tell each and every person I can from here on how incredibly crooked they are and all the money they charged us without actually showing up.

Slightly cheaper rates, but terrible, terrible, terrible service. I'd give 0 stars if possible. Expect a call every pickup day stating some unforeseen circumstance has cancelled the pickup. EVERY SINGLE WEEK. The app that lets you report a missed pickup is completely pointless because no one ever comes. I have trash piled in my garage because they cannot catch up.

Terrible service, never picks up trash on the scheduled day. Customer service is terrible. They cant even give you a pick up day after theyre 5 days late. Dont use this company

Complete waste of my money. I have trash and recycling piling up due to multiple missed pickups; I have reported the missed pickups online, I have called and spoken to multiple representatives multiple times, and today when I called again for about the 10th time in 2 months I was assured they would have someone out to collect both my trash and recycling and no one has come. This was after a 1 day delay to my trash service on Tuesday (which I didn't get an alert for and wasn't told about until I called in) suppose to be coming today Wednesday with the one day delay and now it is going to be Thursday before anyone has come even after I called (today Wednesday) and was told at 10am 'wow that's odd they should have come by before 8am today because of the one day delay from yesterday, I'll have them come right out' and then it hits 3pm so I call again and am told 'I spoke with the supervisor and they are personally coming to pick up your waste' and now it's 10pm and it is still sitting there. I have signed up for the service alerts and I don't get any, I check the alerts manually for my area and I will have none active and yet the truck never comes. My mail lady is upset with our cans sitting at the curb for days at a time and I cannot for the life of me get in contact with someone who can actually help me. I will be cancelling their service first thing in the morning and asking for a full refund for this quarter since they haven't come once. Honestly if you live in an area with limited options you are better off burning your waste versus using this company. Update! No one came yesterday (Wednesday) so I called in and was told that everything would be coming tomorrow on Friday. No alerts even with my normal recycling set to be picked up today (Thursday) but no its coming tomorrow. So now I am picking up trash from the road that animals and the wind have thrown everywhere and wasting more of my time after already wasting my money.
