    Trey is an awesome roll off driver. He has great attention to detail and obviously takes a lot of pride in his job. Has a great attitude and you never see him without a smile. The world would be a better place if everyone in the service industry was like trey.

    We used Republic for a year or so an had no problems until recently. I had to call every week in December because they didn't come on the regular trash day. A few times, they ended up never coming at all even after I called about the missed pick up. I had to fight with them to get credit for the weeks they didn't show up and they only ended up crediting me a total of $10.00. Somehow, I'm still having to pay almost $40 for 2 trash pick ups where I had to call and remind them to pick up. I'm also getting late notices for a bill that I received on 1/5 that shows a due date of 1/20 in the email body. I received a late notice the day after receiving the new bill (Jan 5th). I cancelled service mid December because they were just not showing up. They were supposed to pick up the trash cans on January 12th, it's now January 18th and they still have not picked them up. I called a few times. The first time on January 13th and they said they'd come that day. Again, they never showed. Now today, the 18th, they tell me that their box truck was in an accident on the 12th and there are delays. They did not tell me this the first time I called, instead they promised to come right out again. I was never notified of the delay. They don't seem to understand that you can't just leave the cans sitting out for days waiting for them to come get them. People have HOA's that fine them for having trash cans sitting at the curb for too long. It's been nothing but a headache. I was able to get another service to come right out and drop off cans and they pick up my trash every week without me having to call and remind them. It's also 1/2 the price I was paying Republic. If you're looking for trash service, stay away from Republic!!!

    Hands down the absolute WORST company I have EVER dealt with for any product or service. After many years of what seemed to be fairly reliable service, this past spring, summer, and fall (2022), their residential pickup services became increasingly erratic. Rather than weekly pickup, theyd come every 2-3 weeks after repeatedly missing their promised make-up days. Of course, they still billed us the same quarterly amount. We finally called them to terminate service, and then we put the bin out, sealed it shut with rope, and taped 3 large signs on it saying that we terminated the service and wanted the bin removed. But they didnt come to pick up the bin; instead, their service truck periodically came to empty the sealed empty bin! (I guess their drivers cant read). We had to make 5 calls to the local number and another 5 calls to their headquarters number before anyone picked up the trash bin almost 1 month later. But in the meantime, charges appeared on our bill, which we again had to call to rectify. (Interestingly, everyone on the phone was nice and accommodating. The problem is that the actual service providers were totally incompetent and never followed through on the promises of the phone operators, who wisely clarified that the survey they wanted us to fill at the end was about the service that they, the phone operators, provided and not the trash collectors!) As if that wasnt frustrating enough, 6 weeks later, we got threatening emails that if we didnt pay the $19.50 we owed them (for what???), theyd send it to a collection agency! We made yet another call to be told that they will credit us the charge and that the threatening emails were from their automated system, which they would have corrected during their quarterly audit! Oh really, and would the collection agency know that after the fact? How about the credit-rating services that would have dinged us for this spurious charge? The topper is that we found another service that is not only reliable, but charges almost 1/6th the cost! Thats right! The incredibly unreliable Republic national chain with economies of scale was charging us 5.7x what a local competitor is now charging us. And yes, we are kicking ourselves for having not comparison-shopped back when we first moved here.
