GFL Environmental

This company is the most unreliable trash pickup I've ever had in my life. They are slightly better than they used to be though. If they miss your street and you call them, they will lie and tell you to leave it out for 24-48 hours but they never show up. There was a better company here, but GFL bought them out, so I don't know if you can find anyone else that is better.

This is the level of services I received on March 14, 2024. I called customer service and was advised that the supervisor would be called to inquire if they had a truck still in the area. I had a family member clean the mess front in front of my home.

Great service, on time, best yet, driver started coming a day earlier because he only had one can to get on Wednesday so he told us to get ours out he would get it. He puts the cart in the yard never leaves it falling over. Can't say anything bad.

I wish there was another trash service we could use because these people are always rude. They skip our house sometimes and I feel like it's on purpose, even though ive never been late so theres no excuse. They also come and all different hours so you just never know with them.
