        Floors are really gross. A few things I was looking for that Michael's normally has weren't there (i.e. modelling supplies) they had things incorrectly stocked and opened/used product on the shelves. Staff are always nice at least.

        Bill amount was wrong charged extra for 12 items when I purchased 10...less staff... lady at billing counter is always on phone.not visiting again.

        A wide variety of paper crafting supplies for my hobby. The store has been remodeled and it is much more streamlined, uncluttered and well organized. Love shopping there.
