The lady at the register was very kind and patient with my granddaughter. She was learning about how much money she had to spend and deciding what to put back when realizing she didn't have enough for all she picked and wanted.

I was in this location this morning looking for a specific item and I showed it to an employee I wish I could have gotten her name. She went over and beyond. She asked her other employee if they were in the back, she knew they were part of summer and she helped me walk around the store and check. Unfortunately they didnt have them but she helped me to the best of her ability with a smile the entire time. On my way out I stopped to look at some flowers and another employee stopped me and asked me how my morning was going. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service and going over and beyond. You never go unnoticed.

I Michael's! The available craft supplies and daily offered coupons are a crafter's dream! I can get almost anything craft needed from this store!! This trip, I was shopping for printable vinyl and t-shirt blanks! The store is hit and miss in terms of being busy, and there is generally one register open and 2-3 employees floating around the store who jump in and help with the line during the busy spurts! The staff is generally friendly and helpful. I will continue to shop at Michael's!
