Customer service here is horrid, management needs to hire people that has good customer skills. And come on, please clean and organize the store, this place is very messy.

Pretty well stocked from what I seen. My only hiccup was them not having a better variety of the testors paint products for model kits. They only have a small selection to choose from.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to the Michaels store in Brier Creek. Despite being a frequent shopper, the consistent issues with understaffing and poor customer service have become intolerable. During my latest visit, while recovering from a back injury, I found the stores conditions to be unsafe and disorganized, leading to a fall due to items left on the floor. When seeking assistance, I was met with indifference and this blond girl asked me to go read the promotional signs on my own because she say I dont know I know she isnt new, (you never forget a face that treat you bad) so if she dont know, who knows?? She works there but she dont want to be there, its obvious. Furthermore, an encounter with this dismissive employee, who lacked basic knowledge of store inventory and promotions, exacerbated my frustration. Her unprofessional demeanour, appearance and terrible attitude were the final straw. It is disheartening to receive such treatment, especially when expecting basic courtesy and assistance. I will no longer patronize this location and urge management to address these serious issues to prevent future negative experiences for other customers.
