        This place has poor management and I will not plan on returning to this location for any future purchases, I came into this location looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend and i waited around 20 min before someone acknowledged me and they were helping 2 other individuals that walked in after me . I believe they are Prejudice and racist and I plan not returning back .

        Ive had great customer service and experience in the past with this location and always had great and successful help with what ever I needed and wanted , I never took my business anywhere else , but in the last year the customer service has been poor and unfriendly service . Ive walk in this location and been greeted poorly and instead of the employees up ready to greet customers they are sitting on their behinds. Im not a fan of this location anymore and I dont plan on returning for any future purchases I liked the old management and very sad is not like that anymore the new management is very poor in customer service and not welcoming. I will seek out my purchases online and other stores going forward .
