I had an exceptionally wonderful experience at Jared by Concord Mills. I was shopping for a very special anniversary gift for my wife. I had been to Jared before and remembered how really nice their jewelry pieces were, so I decided to go again. I wasnt disappointed. I met Ms. Cynthia Thompson and several of the other sales associates. Ms. Thompson was very knowledgeable about their jewelry pieces and helped guide me to the perfect diamond anniversary ring. The ring I selected had to be ordered. I was under a time crunch and Ms. Thompson understood how important it would be to get my order in. She frequently checked the status of the order and made sure I received the ring within ample time to present it to my wife. What impressed me most about Ms. Thompson was that if I had any questions, she readily made herself and the rest of the sales staff available to answer my questions. She even came in on her day off when the ring arrived to see to it that I was satisfied and that the ring was elegantly rapped and placed in that traditional Jared shopping bag. Thank you so much Ms. Thompson for guiding me to the perfect gift and for making my purchase experience so wonderful.
