        The worst customer service I have ever had bought a piece of jewelry and the Diamond fell out less than a year later and they wont replace the diamond or stand behind their product because I didnt have the jewelry Inspected 6 months after buying it!!!! Nobody told me to have it inspected when I bought the necklace! They will not fix or replace the necklace and now Im out $4000 because they dont stand behind their product. The jewelry they sell is cheaply made and they could care less! Added after response by zales: Zales just stand behind your product and it hasnt even been a year and the diamond fell out just replace it and stand behind your product PERIOD!!!

      Jimmy,We appreciate your feedback. Our team strives to provide exemplary care and service to all our guests. I am so sorry to hear about your experience. According to company policy, Zale's provides a free Diamond Commitment for jewelry items with diamonds over $200 before tax. It is only required that the item be brought in for inspection every six months. Unfortunately, your item had not been inspected and did not have an active diamond commitment or the Lifetime Protection Plan. We would still be happy to send out your item for repair as a charge to have it repaired. Once your diamond is replaced, your Diamond Commitment will be reinstated and will cover future diamond loss as long as inspections are completed every 6 months. We apologize for your experience and would be happy to assist you further!
