Grace has been a pleasure to work with. Extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and proper dieting. Always has a very positive attitude and is willing to make sure you have a meal plan that best suits you! She broke everything down for me so that we were on the same page and I understand every step of the way.

Met with Grace at the Keith YMCA and couldnt have been more impressed! Have been needing to meet with a dietician for a while, just pushing it off, but Grace made me feel comfortable, heard and explained everything to me in detail. Will be going back and highly recommend! Especially convenient if you are a Y member, but not a requirement.

I've been seeing Grace at the Keith Family YMCA location for the past month and the results and interactions have been nothing short of spectacular so far. I was a little hesitant to see a Registered Dietitian but decided to give it a try and boy am I glad I did. Grace has assisted me in thinking about the food I am eating differently. Her approach is easy to follow and she is an expert in keeping you motivated. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to develop healthier eating habits and enjoy the associated health benefits that come with that.
