The Charlotte Weight Loss team has been tremendous during my journey! With their support, I have learned more about how certain foods impact my weight and ways to navigate the issue. I am witness that if you follow the plan provided, you will have success! Prior to my weight loss, I didn't feel bad, but I can definitely tell there has been an improvement in my joints, energy, and overall health. The change in your eating habits are easily transferrable into an eating lifestyle. I want to thank my coach, Sage, for her support and encouragement as well! I would recommend this team and program to anyone looking to lose weight!
