        The staff at the Ballantyne location is so caring and understanding. They're very supportive and encouraging every step of the way in helping reach your health goals. I had a death in the family and had to reschedule my appointment. The staff sent me a thinking of you card. It was so sweet and thoughtful. Highly recommend Medi to help reach your goals!!
