I arrived on July 16th 2024 at 5:59 and they were closed and no one was inside. I rushed in traffic to get here before they close. This is unprofessional. If your hours say that you close at 6:00 p.m., then stay until 6:00 p.m. or 6:05. If you want to leave early, and not do your job, then hit the unemployment line. Again, this is unprofessional.

Had a great experience today getting paint from Sherwin Williams in Plaza Midwood. I was a little apprehensive going in because I am a novice painter at best and wasn't really sure what finishes I needed. Jamichael was very patient with me and was a huge help in guiding me through picking out the proper paint for the rooms in my house. He was easy to talk to and put me at ease right away with his vast knowledge. Once I got checked out, Rad loaded up the paint and wheeled it out to my car. Jamichael and Rad are true professionals and deserve to be cheered! Thank you both.
