      image Went the Sherwin Williams store at Strawberry Hill in Charlotte, NC the other day and Carlos gave great customer service. So, hard to find good service like that anymore. He just asked a couple of questions, helped me find my samples and told me about offers they give designers (which I am). Hats off to a great employee, he should be recognized.

      image My favorite Sherwin Williams whenever I go to select paint. Be sure to ask for Carlos who goes above and beyond to help. Hes very patient and passionate about helping you choose the right color or pallet of colors. He made what afloren can be stressful a very enjoyable experience. Whether you speak English or Spanish make sure you ask for Carlos at the Strawberry Hill Sherwin Williams

      image Helpful team at this SW location tucked in to Strawberry Hill shopping complex it is easy to forget this location exists! Paint chips are on the wall to the left when you walk in - they also have the larger paint sample pages available for sale in-store. Always recommend signing up for the emails as you will receive alerts about discounts/sales. Also, by registering with SW, your paint selections will be saved in its system for a number of years in case you ever need anything again!
