Celedore is literally amazing. I have been working with them for months on my home and their level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the brands that they represent are unparalleled. In addition to having incredible design sense, Grace is literally one of the kindest and hardest working people I have ever met. She has been my go to through this entire process! Laurie has done an incredible job creating a place that affords people, like me, the opportunity to have access to all of the resources they have accumulated and expertly guide your decision making process. It is a one stop shop for all of your home decorating needs. I am so grateful for this place and these people.

I am new to the area and chose the company based on the positive reviews. Our experience with service was horrible!! They assisted other customers throughout our scheduled appointment. Grace was not very friendly and offered minimal help in picking our wallpaper. They didn't communicate well. I repeatedly had to call them to check on my paid for samples that were supposed to arrive within a week. Although it had been nearly 3 weeks, Grace nor staff called me. When I again called this morning I was told two of my samples had come in (received no call) but they were unsure about the other two. My husband picked up the two samples and got a reimbursement for the undelivered ones. No apology offered! They literally SUCK in customer service!

09/15/2023 Picked up the first batch of samples and reviewed with Grace. She gave so much positive energy. We looked thru more books and ordered another batch of samples. We also showed Grace some other ideas from the internet, and she is doing research to find them and/or similar prints. Another awesome visit was spent with Grace. 09/01/2023 Book appointment with Grace. At least 1 hour. We were fortunate to have 'Grace' as our Representative for our appointment. She was AWESOME. She listened to what we were interested in and brought us a plethora of books to peruse. She helped with coordinating ideas and some out of the box suggestions. We would highly recommend "GRACE" as a true wallpaper professional who enjoys her job, the people she helps, and her knowledge of the industry. We hope our follow-ups equal the 5 Star quality we received today. Go Grace!!!!
