      image If nothing else, this store is consistent. Consistently terrible, that is.
      Employees who cant seem to be bothered to help anyone. Zero customer service. More interested in carrying on social conversations with coworkers and commercial customers than assisting residential customers. Poor product knowledge, and the list goes on. Every. Single. Time.
      Ive given up on this location right around the corner. Always a good experience at the 1623 Matthews-Mint Hill Rd location.

      image On 10/3/23 I went to this store for help. I was meet with we dont have this color and I ask that they call another Sherwin Williams store to get it since this is a company account that does business with them. The manager and owner just ask me to drive to another store for help. Extremely poor service and unwelcoming environment. Will never return.
