    Liars are working in this store. The big guy told me that T-Mobile discontinued 2 months ago the 10-15$ prepaid plans Got back in 30 min to talk to the guy but he was hiding. Immigrants who run out from the war are looking for cheap plans because they cant afford it at the start, but this representative(I really hope he will get fired!) is telling to everyone that T-Mobile discontinued these kind of plans. Isnt this a discrimination or you tell me? Shame on you!

    We switched to T Mobile last month away from ATT mostly because of costs. We worked with Trevor through the process and he has been a gem. Extremely friendly and easy to work with and is motivated to help. Theres alot to deal with when you have to pay off your att phones, unlock them and move over to a new carrier but Trevor made it about as easy as possible. I text him way too much with random questions but he ALWAYS responds back immediately and has a plan of action. We are very glad we picked the Arboretum T Mobile.

    Here's 5* for the store and 0* for T-Mobile Customer Care. 14 pro Max with a faulty screen. Store was great in getting a replacement shipped to me. But I was told they would send return instructions & shipping label. Never came. 4 calls and 2hrs waiting and I end up with someone in Philippines who barely speaks English and who sends me instructions in Spanish. I ask her to translate but she doesn't speak Spanish either. When will companies realize that the quality of their call centers is a reflection of the quality of the company? Or do they get the cheapest operators in the hope that customers will simply give up?

    I arranged to have lines added to my business account at this location. When I called to ask questions, the rep Trevor quoted me a price, but said I would have to come in that same day in order to get it, even though my employees work remotely and couldn't meet to swap phones until the following week. I complied, and that same evening scheduled an appointment with Trevor to swap the phones the following week (specific date and time). We all met at the appointed time, but Trevor was not there. The other reps made it very clear they didn't want to help, but would see what they could do. They didn't have the phones in that had been promised. I asked for a manager and they said he wasn't in, and that I couldn't call him either. They finally called another store and told us they had the phones in stock. When we arrived there, they said specifically that they had told the rep they did not have the phones available. Fortunately, the second location was a company-owned location and they were happy and willing to resolve the issue. If you need to use T-Mobile and can drive a few extra minutes, you may want to avoid this location.

    When coming to this store, you should ask for assistance from Trevor Strain. He is highly professional and understands how to read people. My wife and I were in a rush to complete several objectives for the day and he was able to attend to our needs in less than 20 mins. Hes fast and is highly professional.
