        04.08.24 The technician today, Nicholas, was very professional and worked really hard to figure out what the issue is with my A/C. Everyone at Call Dad has been so easy to work with! A Welcomed Change from the trouble I've had with other larger companies that I've found aren't as pleasant or conscientious. 04.11.24 After the parts came in, the technician, Marlon, was professional, very helpful explaining things regarding the repair and what all he found. He also went ahead and did the annl. maint. on the A/C units instead of next wk. I can't say enough how I appreciate this company's technicians' friendliness, professionalism, and Knowledge!
