        Service really went down hill over the years. They did the initial new build install and we used them for the 11 years since. Last few years every scheduled visit resulted in some type of preventive replacement upsell (ie $150 for a $10 capacitor). They mostly try this with women. Now they get here and will not honor their advertised price that was confirmed via phone at time of appointment. Going somewhere else. Also same experience with Jeanette as Victoria mentions. You need to reconsider her. Update: Gave you another try. Was given an estimated arrival of 1 to 5. Called us at almost 6 to let us know he was running late. Cancelled appointment and went elsewhere.
