        Technicians worked quickly to diagnose the problem and recommend a solution. My safety was their first concern given the appliance had had an electrical issue.

        Poor communication and needed to call several times to get service. Technician was unable to repair without consulting someone else. It was necessary to have the home warranty service intervene to get them to show up and get the job done. I was not impressed.
