The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte

The Ritz-Carlton Spa knows the definition of pampered service. Valet parking is at no additional charge, which made our arrival extra convenient and a great start to our relaxation. We were greeted with smiles. Julianna took care of us in the locker room. She offered us champagne, tea, and food to order. McKenzie was my masseuse, and she had the most gentle hands and soothing voice. I may have fallen asleep. The cheese board and turkey club wrap was delicious! We ate by the jacuzzi area overlooking the beautiful Charlotte skyline. There is a relaxation room that provided comfortable chaise to relax on. My only wish that it had blankets and the room dimmer to increase the relaxation ambience. The Himalayan salt room and the sauna were wonderful experiences. Thank you for making my day with my best friend a super special one. I also have to say thank you to Alicia for taking pictures of us. Food & drinks: We ordered the cheese board and turkey club wrap. Both were delicious! You do have to order it about 40 minutes in advance since the prep may take awhile.

Arrived late due to a missed layover. Room service arrived around 1am. This is a glimpse room dining. Security guard treated us like inmates because Golden State Warriors were in town for basketball game. Service manager was kind, but overall a subpar experience

Rooms: Rooms are beautiful. Food & drinks: The Fifth Fork Restaurant has a top-notch chef and an on point grill master! Knows how to prepare a good steak. It was very well seasoned.
