****DO NOT STAY HERE, BED BUSG ROOM 144 **** I can't even explain how upset I am. I stayed for one night on March 23rd. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and never had a problem until now. Me and my guy friend rented a room and checked out the next day. On Monday I noticed my ankles were itching really bad and thought maybe it was a mosquito bite, NOPE they were bed bug bites after consulting with a Dr. I contacted the Hotel immediately !! I spoke to a Rikev Patel after a few days of contacting the hotel. Yes it took him a few days to call me back, he took all my information and told me they needed to get in touch with someone to get the room checked out and he needed to talk to his supervisor, Allison Mills (whom I've also left a message with, no return call) to get with to talk about a refund. We are now on April 3rd and no end result!! Do these people not care about their customers ????? Or getting the room checked out so this doesn't happen to someone else. Luckily I didn't have luggage, just a tote bag that I left in the kitchen area. This place is horrible @ their customer service !! I guess it will be the news channel I go to next, we have the big Wells Fargo here next month and want to warn people before they book a stay here!!
