Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Charlotte/Northlake

I never write reviews, but I had to for this place because it was fantastic! My boyfriend and I were just passing through for one night on a road trip and Im so glad this is where we picked to stop, it was perfect. Staff were so very friendly and check in/out was very smooth. I loved that at night they lock the front doors so no one can get in without swiping their room key, I felt safe. Room was super clean and smelled so fresh! Huge sigh of relief when I walked in! Mattress itself was spotless (I take the sheets off and check for bed bugs every where I go lol) and very comfortable. I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Breakfast was basic, but included all of the essentials and was of great quality. Lots of restaurants around. I would recommend this place to anyone and if Im ever in the area again this is where Ill be staying. 10/10 service and cleanliness.

A very clean, bright and modern hotel. Staff was beyond fantastic!!!! Room was huge!! Only drawback was the internet. Good Location too!! Quiet and clean!!

The only knock I could come up with is location but its really pretty great still. I arrived a little early and they let me right in. Room was small, but for me that was perfect. Ended up leaving some clothes on checkout which I called about and they still had them. Sweet - picked them up the next day. Wonderful staff great hotel!
