Here to celebrate a friends birthday we stayed here for four days based on location and price. We definitely had several issues with the rooms and we will think about staying again once the renovations are complete and that is all due to the staff. Camera, Oscar, Karen and Trinity were amazing as well as the women in who prepared our breakfast. I have to say also that some of the workers are rude and that will also reflect on the guest so be mindful of them as well.

Gave a 3 due to ongoing interior construction Mon-Sat. Am Marriott Titanium, have stayed in many Marriotts. This is an older Resident in process of updating. Breakfast staff extremely friendly. Rooms ok, good location in South Park.

I wanted to personally thank the Sales Manager Ms. Shasta Kerr for ensuring a great stay for me. I recently Migrated to the Charlotte Area and needed to find an Extended Stay Hotel close to work and with plenty of amenities. Yes We did hit a few bumps in the road, But that was made up for by the graciousness, friendliness, kindness and professionalism of the staff. Im not trying to be sentimental, but having spent 90+ days at this Extended Stay Hotel; - I felt like I was made to be part of the family. Staff truly looks after guests and goes the extra mile to make sure things are great. This hotel has a tremendous amount of positives; (1) Great Indoor Pool w/ Plenty of Towels; (2) Free Hot Breakfast; Eggs are always Cage Free The Manager John said that will never change. (3) Plenty of Free Parking; (4) Excellent Location Heart of SouthPark; - The Hotel has undergone a tremendous overhaul; Trust me I lived through it. Plenty of more work to be done. Housekeeping Staff Thank you so much for taking such great care of me! Shout out to Assistant Manager Jerry, Front Desk Staff Especially Christine and of course Night Auditor Aaron. For the most part, I had a really comfortable and relaxing stay at Residence Inn SouthPark; - Call me crazy, - I really miss the staff they are tremendous!
Rooms: The Hotel is currently undergoing a total makeover!
Safety: Safe - Chill!
Walkability: You can walk to a few restaurants that are nearby - walking distance!
