Courtyard Charlotte City Center

Unfortunately I have to give this hotel a 1 star review, the hotel itself was good and the rooms were clean. But our car was broken into and things were stolen, the hotel knew that these incidents were happening and no one informed us. A lady from front desk inform us that this has happened before and every frequently! Trucks and luxurious vehicles are being targeted! PLEASE DONT PARK IN THE GARAGE!!! Safety: Car windows are getting broken into to steal things and hotel NEVER informed us even after being aware!!! Unfortunately happened to us

This Courtyard met my expectations. I was a little worried from all the recent negative reviews but the room was clean and had decent amenities and nice views of Uptown. There was even a white noise generator in my room. I rated the room 4 stars because some wear and tear was noticeable. I had minimal interaction with staff but they were nice and helpful when I did interact with them. The hotel seems to be in a great location near many things to see, do and eat. Its a game of chance sometimes with hotel rooms. I was fortunate to have a positive experience with this one. Nearby activities: NFL Football and minor league hockey. Parks and outdoor recreation. Bustling night life. Safety: With most large cities, please be aware of your surroundings. Walkability: Located in city center, many options are within walking distance of whatever needs you may have. Food & drinks: Lots of food options are within walking distance. There is also a restaurant and bar in the lobby.

Rooms werent 100% clean, but we like to always come to this Marriott because of where it is located. Very convinient to walk to the park in Uptown and the Truist Baseball Field. Also it is great to park and walk. It is only a couple of blocks away from Bank of America/Panthers Stadium. Thank you!

I am currently sitting in the lobby awaiting food delivery. The current desk clerk is on her cell phone. She is very loud , boisterously singing into what I could only suppose is FaceTime. I have never seen a more unprofessional worker.
